This retreat, “Spaciousness” focuses on your true nature. The underlying meditation will be a Buddhist breath meditation – a variation on the Vipassana meditation technique. This is a technique which is simple, yet profound and is a wonderful tool to help focus on the Truth of who you truly are, beyond ideas of who you may think you are. Jacqueline will also guide a dance meditation each day and there will be some evening Satsangs and chanting. As always all your questions are welcome, however you are expected to be in silence for most of the retreat – except during question time. During the longer breaks you can enjoy walks in the nature.
