The Cosmic Airport | A vision whose time has come |
I strongly advise that you watch this 90 minute interview: http://www.thrivemovement.com/who-owns-your-body.blog?source=mlimg
This interview is NOT against vaccinations. It is against forced vaccinations of the type we have today - especially multi -vaccinations. Listen to how many one day old babies die each year in the USA. The numbers are much higher than in other countries.
I also recommend you read this article about wheat. It is really shocking to see what has happened to our food through the food industry. I am sure most of you already know this but it's good to be reminded.

After very fine visits to Singapore and Japan a short trip to Brazil also materialised and of course this included a quick trip to the sacred land. Nivedano and I hung up Singing Heart prayer flags there and discussed plans for the future. More about this later.
Now a very important reminder for women coming to visit in India: Please be aware that we are in South India and near a village and it is very important you dress suitably for an ashram and for village life. This means your legs covered down to the ankles, no low cut necks, no see-through clothes and please have the tops of your arms covered. It is important your clothes are not tight fitting or too revealing in any way. Tight fitting jeans are not what is meant by having your legs covered. If you just follow these simple guidelines then we have no difficulties - thank you.
Ashwita from Bangalore painted a beautiful Buddha on the outside of the meditation hall here at Singing Heart.

OLD NEWS
I heard a wonderful short talk by Marianne Williamson - perhaps some of you have already heard it. You can go to this mail address. https://www.facebook.com/williamsonmarianne/ It needs no comment.
This made me laugh: "In the 60's people took acid to make the world weird. Now the world is weird and people take Prozac to make it normal." Yes, much is happening and as I often say, "Stay tuned in and grounded"!
My last book, "The Cosmic Airport - A vision whose time has come", is now available as e-book in Danish. It is now on the webpage Jacqueline's Books.
As I wrote earlier my trip to India in July was very fine. I visited first the ashram where all was well and where Saravanan and I were out in town checking what kind of organic vegetables are available. We have decided to buy as much organic as possible next season as the spraying of crops in India is probably the worst found anywhere in the world! Then I visited Pune and spent some time talking to about 800 students - 9 - 15 year olds - at the school in Alandi where there is soon to be a Cosmic Airport Training Center. We have already put some of the questions from the students plus my answers on the website. The final 5 days of the trip I spent in the Himalayas in Ladakh. Many thanks to those who invited me. It was so fine to experience this part of India. I felt strongly the Buddhist influence. As I said to several people, even the dogs on the streets seem to be practising some kind of mindfulness and seemed to have reached some kind of inner peace! It is hoped that we can hold a conference again next year and that His Holiness the Dalai Lama will join us.

SOME EVEN OLDER NEWS
Here are a few photos taken when my adopted daughter Anitha, her husband Kartik and baby Aditi moved into their small new house in the village. Astrologically I chose a time for them to move in and Arjuna and I began chanting Gayatri Mantra with them as they walked over the doorstep together. Then I gave blessings and they received our gifts. Usually a moving in Indian style is chaotic and noisy but Anitha and Kartik were so happy and grateful for such a quiet and meaningful moving in ceremony. Aditi, is now walking. She is one of the happiest children I have ever seen.
You can click here to listen to Jacqueline talk a little about a theme she has used for several retreats these past years.. (Opens in a new window)
The title is Resting in Natural Great Peace and is taken from a short text of Nyoshol Khen Rinpoche. Here is the text:
Rest in natural great peace
This exhausted mind
Beaten helplessly by karma and neurotic thought
Like the relentless fury of the pounding waves
In the infinite ocean of samsara.
It is a real gift to give oneself time out for a meditation retreat. To give the mind time to settle and take a back seat, to open into silent spaciousness and rest naturally in inner peace is to come home. When we look at the turmoil and confusion in the world today it is encouraging to see so many people looking in the right direction inwards. I would suggest these periods of silence and inner reflection provide a greater opportunity to stay in balance and give our best to the world in our daily lives. I never encourage turning our backs on the world but do encourage being in the world in a mindful way, living with awareness and remembering who we really are. When you see the truth of who you really are then you know that there is only One.
I would like to remind everyone not to send mails to my old Yahoo address. I can no longer access this address properly and now use only gmail: thecosmicairport@gmail.com .
Some time ago I shared the sad news is that we could no longer walk the inner path around Arunachala. We were told this was partly because of fires. Well now here in 2016 we are still not able to walk the inner path and I was told the reason is this: The recent conservation work has been such a success that leopards have returned to Arunachala. So I guess that's great news for the leopards but not so great for those of us who often walked the beautiful inner path close to the hill.
Thessi, who was staying at Singing Heart, took some fine photos in the ashram on the night of Shiva Ratri. Click her to see some of them. (Opens in a new window)
There is now a new page on the website entitled: Jacqueline's Answers to Kids Questions. As some of you know, a Cosmic Airport is slowly emerging in Pune and we now send out a monthly e-newsletter to parents and students of 6 fine schools connected with the Cosmic Airport project. I gave the newsletter the name: The Awakener. Part of the newsletter is dedicated to answering questions the school kids send to me and I felt it would be fine to share these letters and answers on the website. You can go to the page via the SHIC button on the homepage or click here to go directly to the page. (opens in a new window)
Here is an important message in Danish for Danish people who are coming to India:
I øjeblikket sker der svindel i forbindelse med online ansøgninger til Indien, idet ansøger bliver bedt om at betale for visum, når ansøgningen er udfyldt. Bliver du udsat for dette, skal du ikke betale. VIA Egencias visumafdeling gør opmærksom på, at betaling af visum sker på ambassaden ved personlig indlevering af pas og dokumenter.
